“Working closely with Earprint Productions on a number of productions here at the Smithsonian Institution has been immensely rewarding both professionally and personally. Their instincts and knowledge in finding the story and then creating immersive soundscapes has greatly enhanced our visitors’ experience at our museum.”

This is a sample of multimedia content for Artlens, the Cleveland Museum of Art’s new iPad app, produced by Earprint Productions for Claude Monet, Water Lilies (c.1915-1926).
Each object interpreted has 2 to 5 video or audio slideshow segments featuring the voices of museum curators, artists, conservators or community members, and supplemental images to enhance understanding of works of art in the collection. In a departure from traditional audio tours, ArtLens doesn’t use narration, but instead creates conversations.
We worked with exhibition curators and the CMA for a couple of months writing, recording and producing the mobile tour. We’re proud of the mobile experience we’ve created for visitors, and we can’t wait to see the exhibition in person at the end of the month!
